I was very satisfied with the quality of the flowers versus the price. The flowers I purchased exceeded my expectations and were the best I've purchased in quite a while. I was impressed with the customer service in regards to where to deliver the flowers; however, I wish the associate would have contacted me solely rather than the recipient first as it almost ruined the surprise. Everything else was fantastic!

I ordered online based on feedback, then called to ask them to make a slight modification, which they were more than happy to do. Our daughter called when she received her roses on her birthday (before noon, as requested), and said they were GORGEOUS and smelled divine. Will definitely use them again.

Over all, the service was excellent. Even went out of the normal delivery range for me. Super nice. In doing so, had to put the boxed flowers into a vase, ensuring the flowers a beautiful delivery. Thank you for being so considerate. It did get a little scary cause they were almost delivered too late, but thats really no fault of the company. I will most likely use this company again in the future.
